How we check

• Left view and Right view quote real, linked pieces from outlets or think tanks that are generally seen as left-leaning or right-leaning. The lean label describes the outlet, not the people involved.
• Just the Facts uses only primary, official data, such as the Treasury, FBI, BLS and FEC. Each item has a citation and a word-for-word quote.
• We never invent facts. If we can’t load and quote a source, we leave it out and say so.
• Every check here is a labeled EXAMPLE, checked on 2026-10-13. Live checks aren’t available yet.
